Our developments are located in the Ottawa Valley on the Quebec side, within established bilingual municipalities.
Most properties are approximately 60–75 minutes from Ottawa, offering a balance of accessibility and natural surroundings.
Do I Need to Speak French to Buy or Build Here?
No!
Our properties are located in bilingual municipalities where English is widely spoken in practice.
The nearby communities are predominantly anglophone communities! English is the first language spoken when you go to your local corner store, restaurant, or even the Municipality!
Buyers are typically served in English by local officials, trades, and professionals involved in the process. The notary we work with is also fully bilingual.
Why Is the Land So Affordable?
Our properties are located in the Quebec side of the Ottawa Valley, where land values differ significantly from Ontario. This is a huge attraction to buyers from Ontario for this reason.
In addition, we operate with a hands-on approach, managing much of the process internally and working with trusted local professionals for legal, surveying, and development services. This allows us to reduce overhead and offer land at a more accessible price point.
How Does The Purchasing Process Work?
The process is straightforward and transparent:

You are welcome to visit the property at your convenience to explore the land firsthand.
2. Agreement of Purchase and Sale
We provide a formal agreement outlining the price, deposit, timelines, and any applicable conditions.
3. Notary Process
In Quebec, real estate transactions are completed through a notary. We work with an experienced, bilingual notary familiar with our developments to ensure a smooth closing process.
4. Closing
Once conditions are satisfied, the transaction is finalized and ownership is transferred.
Do You Offer Financing?
Yes! We offer in-house financing options designed to make land ownership more accessible.
Details, including structure and terms, are provided upon inquiry so you can determine what best fits your situation.
How Are The Properties Zoned?
All Dreamy Estates properties are located within residential (“White Zone”) areas, which allow for greater flexibility in use compared to agricultural (“Green Zone”) land. This ensures the land is suitable for residential and recreational purposes.
What Can I Build or Use The Land For?

Depending on the specific lot and municipal guidelines, you may be able to:

Can I Use The Land for an RV or Seasonal Use?

Have The Lots Been Surveyed?
Yes! All lots have been professionally surveyed and assigned official cadastre numbers required for legal sale.
Physical staking may not be present on-site, as boundaries are formally registered through the cadastre system.
Will I Need a Survey to Build?
In some cases, yes.
If your build is close to lot boundaries, waterways, or regulated setbacks, a surveyor’s plan may be required by the municipality.
Can I Visit the Property Before Purchasing?
We insist on it! We encourage all prospective buyers to visit the land. Experiencing the property in person is often an important part of the decision-making process.
